Job Description

Our client is world leader in its activities, which cover diverse industries. One division is producing and selling through famous brands a large product portfolio in the construction industry. For Austria we are looking for a new:




  • Defining the strategy as a road map including company positioning and sales for the coming decade
  • Leading with his/her team the implementation and the initiated change management
  • Full P/L responsibility
  • Leadership and exemplarity in his approach (strong analytical capacity of complex market, determining the needed resources & tools, and motivating/leading the team)
  • Networking to crossed stakeholders in building sector and internal company players as well


  • University degree or equivalent (Business or Technical)
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales management position (ideally building sector) with technical products
  • International context (company, clients, reporting within matrix organization)
  • Problem solving mentality, passion for market / players / resources analysis with strategic and systematic approach
  • High compliance requirements
  • Familiar with scorecards and CRM systems
  • Organizational thinking, business and customer oriented
  • Reliability, hands-on quality
  • High communication skills
  • Trustworthy and correct leader with high ambitions
  • Fluent in German and at least good English

Our client will propose an appropriate financial package and usual benefits depending from the candidate experience. A minimum of EUR 70.000 gross yearly is planned.
