Key Account Manager will join the company regional sales team and develop further the business (product lines / systems) in the defined region (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria). We are looking for an experienced B2B professional with sound technical background that enables him to sell complex products to key clients. He / she is used to working in an international corporation with set processes and reporting standards. Further enjoys home-office work system and understands that frequent travelling is required to succeed in this B2B segment. He / she is a modern, communicative team player with result-oriented attitude and capacity to sell quality products.  



  • Support the business in both maintenance of existing accounts and generation of new growth accounts in specified markets (CZ, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria),
  • Make direct customer calls to develop and increase sales, negotiate contracts, drive product and system sales to support established price strategies in agreement with the Sales Manager Europe,
  • Assure legal compliance in the selling of all products and systems with applicable local regulations,
  • Manage customer needs through product development processes; provide technical assistance to customers, respond to customer inquiries; recommend and, if necessary, develop training programs for customers,
  • Develop and drive a sales strategy. Conduct limited market research analysis; develop sales forecasts by product, markets and major customers. Implement marketing programs,
  • Monitor and make recommendations concerning market needs; changes in competitive strategies and policies, pricing,
  • Reporting on weekly report, monthly report and ad hoc basis.


Main requirements:

  • Minimum 5  years of international sales experience in B2B environment, in technical sector (plastic, composite materials, chemistry, engineering is preferred),
  • Home office and willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time,
  • University degree, minimum BC degree, 
  • English language – very good MUST
  • Ability to establish sales plan for the customers, price negotiation, competition analysis, establish partnership with customers, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proactivity, sense of accountability, able to share info with the manager and the team, and ability to work in autonomy in full cooperation and agreement with the Sales manager.
