Product Manager
Job Description

For our client an international company we are looking for an experienced candidate for the role of: 



Major responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the HQ Product managers in charge of the Country hybrid portfolio
  • Consolidating internal (customer satisfaction, product results, CRM data, price observatory) and external data (panels, competition analysis), manages the result database
  • Developing of the Marketing strategy based on analysis and market understanding
  • Preparation of the commercial plan, gathering all necessary data (market data, customer data, portfolio presentation, customer*product matrix, action plan …)
  • Supporting the Business Manager in the definition of the detailed objectives of the plan, its planning and monitoring with the CRM, and its regular reporting
  • Directly involved in the relationships with Key accounts (Farms & Distributors).
  • Under the supervision of Business Manager, he/she elaborates and manages the Operational Marketing action plan, the operational marketing tools and the budget
  • Coordinating and monitoring summer and winter main promotional events (Field-days, winter seminars, regional exhibitions…), support Distributor commercial team in key events


Main requirements:

  • Czech mother tongue, good knowledge of English
  • 3-4 years’ experience in agriculture business (product or sales management)
  • high school or university degree in agriculture field
  • travel flexibility
