Our client is an international company, we are looking for an experienced expert to build up the personnel leasing division in Hungary.

 

START-UP GENERAL MANAGER - PERSONNEL LEASING


Main responsibilities:

  • Setting up from scratch personnel leasing division in Hungary, launching of the activity.
  • Building up and expanding the customer base in Hungary and within EU.
  • Managing and controlling the operational tasks of the Hungarian office.
  • Participating in projects, arranging and maintaining contact with clients,
  • Reporting to the Regional Division Manager and to the owner.


Requirements:

  • University/college degree (ideally HR).
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of personnel leasing.
  • Able to motivate the team, able to keep deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, system approach personality, reliable, precise and customer-oriented.
  • Very good level of English.
  • Leadership experience or leadership skills.
