The Consultant will join our Czech team that has been operating on the market for 16 years.


Main purpose of the job:

He/she will be responsible for the whole process of recruiting suitable candidates, direct communication, developing relationships and active communication with clients, recruiting of the specialized positions, collecting, analysing and presenting candidates and market data.

Job description:

  • Work across the sourcing and candidate management side of the recruitment process to proactively identify, target, grow and manage the pool of candidates for a particular sector/discipline
  • Utilization of the candidates and their skills that come out of various recruiting processes as a means to fill similar positions in the future -  talent pipeline
  • Build relationships with the best of the talent in the market which leads to more successful networking, more referrals
  • Managing the client process (developing new business with clients, managing accounts/relationships and growing them over time)

Daily tasks:

  • Attending client meetings and conference calls
  • Sourcing and identifying candidates, generate candidates using typical sourcing/mapping strategies; e.g.: headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, database supported by the researchers
  • Registering candidates , updating their career, contact details
  • Expected to make a high volume of telephone calls to candidates
  • Interviewing candidates alongside Senior Consultants, as well as co-ordinating interviews / presentations between canddiates and clients
  • Maintain awareness of current market trends and attending business events


 Key success factors for this Consultant position

  • Business or management graduate
  • Min. 3 years of previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • High proactivity level – it’s a fast paced position
  • Sales oriented personality
  • Results driven and target focused
  • Professionalism – ability to liaise with people on all levels, from existing clients to high calibre candidates
  • Ethical behaviour
  • Native Czech, very good English, knowledge of German would be great advantage
