Job Description

Our Client is an international company that offers test and measurement portfolio for the wireless market. The company solutions are used worldwide by the leaders in the wireless communications and mobile network as well as in the automotive industry, the aerospace and defense market, all sectors of industrial electronics and research and education. Currently our Client is looking for:



  • Closely monitoring the market situation through connections with key customers and key players in the country including the general economical and political environment
  • Developing strategy to achieve sales targets - agreed with Sales manager CEE and coordinated with Team Leaders
  • Monitoring if business results are maintained and kept up to date
  • Maintaining an active network in the market consisting of partners and distributors in order to achieve a stable relationship with customers.
  • Maintaining high level company image
  • Informing the senior managers form headquarter about events, eg. meetings, exhibitions, other events where their involvement would be beneficial
  • Active participation in exhibitions and other related events
  • Active management of relationship towards the end customers (key client management)
  • responsible to make and to support the annual planning process with regards to costs, forecast and order income and to report any foreseen and unforeseen deviations of the planned figures.
  • Advance planning of activities and resources needed
  • Maintenance of the CRM Tool
  • Managing and supporting the local team and improving their knowledge as a whole as well as making sure that in a reasonable way the product know how (in order with the focus projects) is kept at a very good standard and that the employees are motivated in their daily work


  • Technical university graduation – electronic faculty is a strong preference
  • Experience in work in company with cooperation with military sector
  • Radio telecommunication companies background
  • Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity will be an avantage
  • B2B sales experienced and oriented person
  • Detailed knowledge of the market ( radio telecommunication )
  • Focused approach to reach the targets in line with internal procedures
  • Good English
  • Must have or be able to apply for National Security Clearance Certificate
  • Reports to Regional Sales Director in Headguarter
