Our Client offers logistics services - from providing technical product services and logistic concepts to global sourcing and provision projects to special service offers for global accounts. Currently the company is looking for:

Managing Director Poland (location: South Poland)


Responsibilities:

  • Promote the corporate attitude within the national and the international organization
  • Establish an international mindset and culture
  • Establish a strong cooperation with all relevant cross-functions
  • Communicate clear expectations and provide a working environment necessary for employees to be successful in target achievement
  • Talent Management and Organizational Development
  • Develop and implement a market and sales strategy in accordance with the group strategy
  • Support the further development of the region
  • P&L responsibility
  • Cross-country activities and cooperation

Requirements:

  • University degree or similar education and minimum 10 years of experience in managing an operational unit in an international corporation
  • Knowledge in Finance, Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics
  • Experience with international customers, understanding of distribution/technical business
  • Used to work in corporate structures
  • Willingness to travel and work abroad
  • Fluent in English
