Financial Manager
Job Description

Our client is a multinational company that manufactures and sells medical devices.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Financial accounting: general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, multiple branches, preparing statutory accounts;
  • Tax reporting: VAT declaration, profit tax declaration, transfer pricing documentation, miscellaneous Romanian declarations;
  • Group reporting;
  • Regular communication/ interaction with French/Germans financial controllers;
  • Initiating & preserving administrative procedures (internal control);
  • A point of contact for banks, auditors, tax authorities, payroll & social issues, insurance, legal;


  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar position;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (will be an advantage);
  • Advanced knowledge of Romanian legal/ tax/ administrative rules;
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowing German language will be a benefit but not mandatory;
  • High level of integrity and responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a team, open door company;
  • Enthusiasm, drive, energy, pro active.
