Your Responsibilities:

  • The major responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by on time offer and order processing
  • Participation in improvement initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with customers, internal teams and other stakeholders
  • Proactive communication with customers
  • Creating of reports

Our expectations:

  • Experience in customer service / order processing
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Commercial education (business administration / logistics background preferred)
  • Native Czech speaker
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good organizational & coordinating skills
  • Open and flexible team player
  • Good communication skills
