Key person for preventing and reducing non-value adding complexity inside a New Product Innovation & Product Launch process. Reduction analysis skills. Proficient in English. German of advantage. Based in Germany, HQ of a global branded company in FMCG.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analyses on variant and Stock keeping Unit levels
  • Supporting complexity analysis and reduction measures in the areas of formula and packaging complexity
  • Setting the base for complexity reduction targets (global, regional and local level)
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of the KPIs (f. e. complexity reduction rate p. year)
  • Working closely with cross-functional international colleagues from Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain
  • Creating new ideas on pooling strategies, complexity costing and processes

 

Experience/Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant experience in Marketing Controlling, Finance or Business Analytics (ideally in FMCG) or Consulting background in Supply Chain Management and/or Product Launch
  • Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
  • Experienced in doing reduction analysis (not only interpretation)
  • Excellent analytical skills; Performance driven personality
  • Strong networking capabilities 
  • Advanced MS Office & SAP Knowhow
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), German helpful (but not a must)
