Our Client is and international company that offers test and measurement portfolio for the wireless market. The company solutions are used worldwide by the leaders in the wireless communications and mobile network as well as in the automotive industry, the aerospace and defense market, all sectors of industrial electronics and research and education. Currently our Client is looking for:



  • Managing the organisation of the office work, including phone calls, correspondence
  • Organize and schedule of appointments
  • Write and distribute correspondence, memos, etc.
  • Assisting Office Head and Sales team in preparation of documents - according to the requests and queries from senior managers
  • Managing all bookkeeping documents and responsible for cooperation with external accountancy office as well as finance department in the company headquarter
  • Cooperation with the suppliers
  • Organising the company meetings and providing general support to visitors
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Reports directly to Office Head Poland


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant with responsibility for whole office management issues , including cooperation with bookkeepers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point, Word and other)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and open, friendly attitude to others
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • German will be a plus
