I’m about to tell you a remarkable story…about a client.

Some clients are difficult or let´s say “challenging” other are really nice, satisfied with our services. Some are treating us as suppliers only others as partners. With the later ones we can work in our comfort zone and develop a true partnership.

On January 1st evening I was jogging on a slippery side walk. There was some metal grid lying in the dark. I fell over it full speed…ouch…and I broke my right arm. Hospital, X-ray, pain, frustration. I did not even know how helpless you become with a broken arm. The most simple things like putting on your shoes become impossible. Brushing teeth with your left arm is also a very challenging experience, unless you are left handed.
