Executive search agencies have to deal with the problem of creative resumes quite often. What does it mean? The creative approach to CV is just a euphemism used in headhunting when candidates adjust their curriculum vitae to a concrete job offer. There is nothing wrong about emphasizing working experience crucial for a concrete job. The problem occurs when candidates simply lie.
