Our client is a well recognized market leader in lubrication segment. The products are rather unique, of highest possible quality and therefore sold at a high price level. The company services industrial companies worldwide and usually maintains long-term relationships with its clients. This is mainly due to the high quality of the products and expertise of the company´s employees.

Due to the continuous increase of effectiveness and improvement activities our client is currently looking for the following candidate:


SALES MANAGER (m/f) – Central, South & West Bohemia


The ideal candidate has got very good technical knowledge, technical University would be a great advantage (e.g. mechanical engineering or chemical University degree). Our client is seeking for a “project sales” type of a person. Personality wise, we look for a modern, charismatic, communicative, sociable and open team player with result-oriented attitude and willingness to sell quality products.

Candidate is confident to negotiate with clients about the price offers and responsible for sales activity in various market segments and with key customers. Communicative English knowledge is mandatory, German an advantage.

Further job details:

  • Acquisition of new customers, business assurance, business development and control of the customer contacts within the Central, South & West Bohemia region.
  • Support, consulting and advices for clients and their competent partner
  • Regular strategic and operational planning for the assigned area of responsibility
  • Achieving the objectives of the operational plan
  • Active participation on lubricants selection, design and trials with the key OEMs
  • Identification of future potential on the market, market trends, target groups and also a wide overview about market position, competition, competitive intelligence
  • Participation at trade fairs, workshops and visiting exhibitions
  • Introduce a results-oriented and profit-oriented way of thinking
  • Carrying out training courses, customer presentations and meetings in CZ
  • Initiation and support of new product development and product refinement
  • Preparation of requirement profiles for new or modified products
  • Assisting with the launch of new products and carrying out trials at the customer
  • Identification of business potential and target groups on the market
  • Cultivate contacts and exchange team-building information within the company, reporting
  • Development of the company’s image on the market with lubricants as a high quality specialist and market leader
