Our client is a multinational company from the oil & gas industry and they would like to have in their team a Marketing Manager who will be responsible with the marketing activity within the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the marketing function within the company in order to support the achievements of the business’ objectives;
  • Proposes to the Managing Director the Marketing Strategy, policy and budget of the affiliate to support company’s development policy;
  • Efficiently design and implement the marketing plan, align with the overall strategy and measure KPIs; encourage adoption of relevant techniques into the corporate culture;
  • Guides and supervises the internal Marketing function and external suppliers (ex. media & digital agencies);
  • Coordinates market research, website maintenance, digital strategy, SEO, ATL and BTL campaigns, product placement, in coordination with the Global Business lines and the geographical zone strategy;
  • Assist the Commercial Managers in continuously optimizing and upgrading the company’s marketing mix;
  • Organizes marketing support to the commercial team, including B2C and B2B events;
  • Together with sales department, raise the level of customer engagement, promote and measure brand awareness;
  • Analyses the client’s needs and structure and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and report on the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Prepares proposals for a corporate identity and branding of promotional items while working with partners;
  • Participates in the planning and development of the overall strategy to work with partners;
  • Organizes and supervises the implementation of advertising campaigns aiming at the promotion of the products in the dealer networks of direct partners (OEMS, key partners etc.) in Romania, including B2B and B2B events;
  • Involved in the developing of the strategy for joint promotional activities with distributors (promotions, branding outlets, workshops, conferences and trainings);
  • Expand, develop and manage at local level all corporate campaigns, PR events and online communication activities;
  • Animate and promote within the affiliate the Innovation, in liaison to corporate programs and guidelines.

 

Profile:

  • Master in Marketing with one or two (minimum 5 years) professional experiences in Marketing;
  • Marketing professional, experienced in innovative ATL and BTL product placement;
  • Profound experience with online & digital campaigns and social media marketing;
  • Good communications with Key Accounts, distributors, sales team;
  • Analytical, rigorous, accountable, excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
  • Open-minded and innovative team player, highly developed communication skills;
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, pushy, reactive and result oriented;
  • Located in Bucharest area;
  • Fluency in English, French would be an advantage.
