Our client is a multinational company, in industrial sector, a global player, with thousands of employees and millions of customers worldwide. Diversified on several sectors, they are covering regionally the SEE HR function.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Has functional coordination of all HR activities in SEE
  • Directly manages all HR activities: labor relations - including communication with the Union; compensation, payroll, labor insurance, pension plans, enforcement of company policies, recruitment, training, performance appraisal.
  • Is the HR site manager for the head office location.
  • Takes the lead in the SEE HR team on 1 particular HR function (Compensation & Benefits, Employees Development, Recruitment, Company Policies)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Industrial entities - minimum 8 years, in multinational companies with high international exposure; management of HR on a transnational scope is a plus
  • Experience in dealing with Employee Representative Bodies/ Unions and negotiation process
  • Basic accounting skills, familiar with Budget preparation and follow-up, experienced in the use of spreadsheets and HR management tools
  • Ability to coordinate with external Legal Firms for labor dispute cases
  • Competencies on compensation & benefits and performance management processes, preferably including familiarity with integrated  HR platforms (web based portals)
  • Comfortable in matrix organization environment
  • Fluent in English
